Description
The Virgin Islands Port Authority is soliciting quotes from licensed firms for inventory stock items, including cleaning chemicals, disinfectants, soaps, sanitizers, gloves, paper towels, toilet tissue, trash liners, cups, mops, brooms, brushes, rakes, shovels, vacuums, squeegees, cleaning cloths, and related household and janitorial supplies. The solicitation includes approximately 55 line items with specified quantities, units of measure, and product descriptions; bidders may receive multiple awards. The selected bidder or bidders must provide the goods and all required transportation to the VIPA Purchasing Warehouse. The requirement has an eleven-month initial period with a one-year extension at the Authority's discretion. Responses must include the required vendor and corporate documentation, insurance certificate, business license, debarment certification, completed W-9, pricing for the requested line items, and signed certifications and acknowledgments.
