Description
Chesterfield County is soliciting bids for a requirements contract covering janitorial equipment and supplies. The contract includes products from specified manufacturers, including Rubbermaid, NSS, Wearwell, Impact, 3M, ClothsLine, and Spartan, with awards potentially made to multiple vendors on a per-manufacturer basis. Bidders must provide definitive percentage discounts from current manufacturer price lists, delivery times, warranties, return policies, and current manufacturer price lists and catalogs. Products are to be delivered FOB destination to the County, and the contract includes price-list and catalog updates, ordering support, and usage reporting upon request.
