Description
Fort Pierce Utilities Authority is soliciting qualification statements from engineering firms to provide construction management and/or program management services for utility and related infrastructure projects. Services may include preconstruction planning, scheduling, estimating, phasing, constructability review, procurement support, construction coordination and execution, schedule control, cost control, and support for planning, design, and construction services. FPUA intends to establish one or more master continuing contracts and a pool of qualified firms. Project-specific assignments will be issued on an as-needed basis through Specific Authorizations, work orders, amendments, or other written authorizations. Assignments may involve new construction, rehabilitation, renewal and replacement, repairs, upgrades, emergency work, and other utility or facility improvements. The solicitation uses qualifications-based selection procedures, and the estimated construction cost for each assigned project will be below the continuing-contract limit established under Section 287.055, Florida Statutes.
