Description
The Port seeks a consultant for an on-call professional services contract supporting environmental compliance, planning, and engineering, primarily for industrial stormwater and wastewater systems. Work may include support for industrial and construction stormwater permits; preparation and updates to Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans and compliance manuals; permit renewals and regulatory coordination; condition assessments and operational troubleshooting; and planning, evaluation, and design of collection, conveyance, and treatment improvements from conceptual development through final design. Related work may include stormwater management planning, technical studies, engineering reports, agency submittals, grant support, and coordination with tenants, agencies, and other stakeholders. The selected consultant will provide project management and respond to assignments authorized through annual work plans or task orders. The contract is on-call, with no guaranteed minimum work or compensation. The initial term runs through December 31, 2027, with up to five additional one-year renewals. The qualifications response must include a non-cost qualifications submittal and the completed Supplemental Submittal Document; cost proposals are not to be included.
