Description

The City of Hollywood is seeking a qualified firm to provide comprehensive water and wastewater distribution, transmission, collection, treatment, and related stormwater program management services. The scope includes project planning, feasibility studies, hydraulic modeling, project initiation documents, permitting, regulatory coordination, grant support, procurement support, design review, construction administration, construction engineering and inspection, asset management, and coordination of other consultants and contractors. The selected program manager will support projects involving pipelines, force mains, gravity sewers, lift stations, septic-to-sewer conversions, water main replacements, stormwater infrastructure, treatment plant improvements, and utility renewal and replacement. The firm will also manage schedules, budgets, work orders, contracts, change orders, quality, and technical performance; prepare materials for City Commission approval; support public meetings and community outreach; respond to stakeholder concerns; and coordinate with county, state, and federal agencies. The contract is a non-continuing, five-year contract with two additional two-year extension options, with work assigned through individual work orders and no guaranteed volume. Responses must include a statement of qualifications organized into Tabs A through J, required forms and questionnaires under Tab K, at least three similar completed project references from the last five years, project-team resumes, an organizational chart, an approach and methodology, financial resources information, legal-proceedings information, and required certifications and insurance documentation.
