Description
DeKalb County is soliciting sealed bids for maintenance, cleaning, inspection, testing, removal, relocation, and installation of underground petroleum fuel tanks at various county sites. The scope includes vapor-recovery, cathodic-protection, leak-detection, line-tightness, tank-tightness, sump-integrity, and spill-bucket testing; monthly site inspections; tank sweeping and cleaning; fuel polishing; algae extermination; dispenser and monitoring-system repairs; water and waste disposal; tank-monitor certification; and emergency or follow-up services. The contractor must provide qualified and manufacturer-certified personnel and equipment, comply with applicable federal and Georgia environmental and fire-safety requirements, retain documentation for at least 36 months, and submit test results and compliance documentation. The bid requires completion and upload of the minimum specifications, a price schedule, vendor questionnaire responses, references for at least three similar projects completed within the last four years, applicable licenses and certifications, affidavits, and First Source Jobs documentation where applicable. The resulting contract is indefinite-quantity, with a two-year initial term and three optional 12-month renewal terms.
