Description
The City of Gaspé is soliciting bids for construction work to replace 90 linear metres of 350-millimetre DR 17 high-density polyethylene potable-water pipe beneath Gaspé Bay. Award will be based on the lowest proposed price, although the City reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The contract is estimated to last one month. A bid security equal to at least 10% of the total bid price, including applicable taxes, is required. This may be provided as a certified cheque payable to the City of Gaspé or, for electronic submissions, as a bid bond issued by an authorized bank or insurance company.
