Description
Toronto Community Housing Corporation is seeking a vendor to provide annual visual inspections of roof anchor systems at 262 buildings in its Toronto Community Housing and Toronto Seniors Housing portfolios, along with five-year load testing for approximately 175 buildings. Services include reviewing anchor-system integrity and drawings, performing minor repairs, tagging defective equipment, coordinating access, preparing inspection and testing schedules, and certifying reports through a Professional Engineer registered in Ontario. The scope also includes corrective and provisional services such as laminated or revised stamped roof-anchor drawings, replacement of defective adhesive anchors, watertight repairs, load testing of replacement anchors, and maintenance of an online inspection database. The vendor must provide detailed reports, an updated building inspection and testing list, monthly service records, qualified personnel, equipment and testing procedures, sample reports, an online document-management solution or compatible records, and health and safety procedures. The proposal requires Submission Form A, Submission Form C pricing, and Submission Form F rated-criteria responses, including relevant experience, testing volume, load-testing procedures, reporting, resumes for an engineer, inspector, and project manager, document-management capabilities, and health and safety information.
