Description
Elk Point Township is soliciting sealed bids from general contractors for construction of a new 50-by-80-by-18-foot post-frame (pole) building. The complete building package must include an 18-foot sidewall height, a 24-by-16-foot front overhead door offset to the right, one standard walk-through entry door, metal roofing, and metal wall siding; the building will have no windows. The contractor must construct the building in accordance with applicable local building codes. Project specifications and bid information are available by contacting the township. Sealed bids are due September 23, 2026.
