Description
The South Dakota Army National Guard is seeking comprehensive logistical, venue, catering, audio-visual, and youth-program support for the 665th Maintenance Company Demobilization Yellow Ribbon Reintegration event. The contractor must secure and coordinate a qualified venue in Sioux Falls, including a general session room for 340 adults, four acoustically isolated breakout rooms for 50 adults each, a youth room for up to 65 children ages 6–17, vendor and registration areas, free attendee parking, and a block of at least 20 double-occupancy sleeping rooms for the nights of November 6 and 7, 2026. Sleeping rooms are self-pay by attendees and may not be billed to the Government. The scope includes complete audio-visual support, high-speed Wi-Fi, room setup, registration supplies, signage, buffet lines, beverage and snack stations, and two days of scheduled adult and youth meals and refreshments. The contractor must provide dietary alternatives, comply with applicable Department of Defense child-development and background-check requirements, maintain an on-site contract or floor manager throughout the event, protect controlled unclassified information, and conduct venue coordination and setup. The period of performance is November 6–8, 2026, with event execution on November 7–8. The contract is firm fixed price and subject to availability of fiscal year 2027 funds.
