Description
The Government is soliciting a firm-fixed-price contractor to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to service and perform preventive maintenance on air compressors, refrigerated air dryers, and breathing-air purification systems. The work includes cumulative 8,000-hour compressor services, annual air-dryer services, Type A and B breathing-air purifier services, troubleshooting, and reports documenting findings and recommended solutions. Services must follow applicable original-equipment-manufacturer manuals and cover equipment in Buildings 278, 261, and 241. The contract includes a 12-month base period, three 12-month option periods, and an additional six-month extension option. The contractor must provide an adequate workforce, perform services in person during the stated duty hours, comply with installation access and background-check requirements, and report contractor labor hours through the Contractor Manpower Reporting Application. Quotes must include the completed Vendor Information Sheet and sufficient technical information; representations and certifications are required when not current or complete in the offeror’s SAM profile.
