Description
The South Dakota Department of the Military is soliciting Statements of Interest from architectural and engineering firms for the renovation of the existing primary women's and men's latrines, locker/changing room, and showers at the Sioux Falls Foss Field Armory. The scope includes site investigation, design development, and construction administration at a later date, with design intended to maximize space usage and comply with currently adopted codes. The AE team must identify architectural, mechanical, and electrical engineering capabilities, with structural engineering support potentially required following HVAC capacity analysis and any equipment replacement. The Statement of Interest must address project approach, team qualifications, relevant experience, project management, code and standards knowledge, QA/QC, error and omission policies, project manager availability, facility familiarity, resources and resumes, and past performance. Submissions are limited to 20 pages or fewer.
