Description
Union County is soliciting sealed bids for the provision and delivery of breakfast, lunch, and dinner, including drinks, seven days per week for inmates housed at the Union County Jail. Each 24-hour period must include three meals, at least two of which must be hot, delivered during specified breakfast, lunch, and dinner windows. Meals must meet nationally recommended dietary allowances for basic nutrition for appropriate age groups and include special-diet meals, after-hours snacks for special dietary needs, and condiments. The winning bidder may also be responsible for supplying a commercial-grade refrigerator, if applicable, and maintaining it. Bids must be submitted on the official bid form provided by the Union County Sheriff's Office.
