Description
The California State Controller's Office is seeking a contractor to provide on-site preventive maintenance, non-emergency and after-hours on-call repair services, replacement parts, technical support, software maintenance, maintenance releases, and remote diagnostic support for two Quadient DS1200 Q4i folder inserters and Quadient AIMS500 software. Services include cleaning, lubrication, adjustments, replacement of unserviceable OEM parts, maintenance reports, and two-hour response for equipment stoppages or malfunctions. Technicians must be factory-trained or Quadient-certified for the specified equipment, and the contractor must provide at least one technician with two years of mailing-inserter maintenance experience and AIMS500 software experience. The initial agreement term is one year, with an optional one-year extension. Bidders must submit the required administrative, certification, licensing, technician qualification, security, and cost materials. The bid must be submitted by email in at least two separate PDF emails: a bid submission and a separately sealed cost submission. The solicitation includes insurance, data-security, confidentiality, licensing, and subcontracting requirements.
