Description
Montgomery County is seeking a qualified firm to recommend suitable ground-mounted and rooftop locations and support the installation and development of solar arrays at the Eagleville Campus. The selected proposer will negotiate and enter into a Power Purchase Agreement using the respondent’s preferred FEOC-compliant equipment. The proposer must coordinate with the County and its existing federally funded professional engineering consultant on feasibility, site investigation, and design-support activities within the consultant’s authorized scope. Proposals must identify assumptions regarding the consultant’s anticipated services and separately describe any resulting reductions in development costs or Power Purchase Agreement rates. Approximately $160,000 in grant funding is anticipated to remain available, although expenditure of the full amount is not guaranteed.
