The New York Power Authority (NYPA) is soliciting proposals for operations and maintenance services for the Somers Solar Project, a nominal 27.1 MW ground-mounted solar energy facility located in the Town of Fort Edwards, New York. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all supervision, labor, materials, and equipment, except for those items specifically designated to be provided by others. The scope includes base services such as preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance, remote monitoring, compliance, reporting, and onboarding services. The contract includes SDVOB and MWBE goals of 3% and 15%, respectively.
