Description
The City of Mebane is seeking qualified professionals to prepare and submit a grant application and administer and manage the GE Pump Station and Force Main Improvements Project. The project is supported by $4,000,000 in Fiscal Year 2026 appropriations for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Community Grants Program and involves construction of a new pump station and force main. Required services include compliance with 2 CFR Parts 200 and 1500; specific award conditions; environmental review and release-of-funds requirements; equal employment and procurement compliance; complaints and grievance procedures; labor standards compliance; required reports and documentation; assistance with financial reimbursement forms; and establishment and management of official records. The proposal must include firm information, relevant experience and references, key personnel resumes and roles, project approach, schedule and availability, and a separately sealed cost proposal. Proposals are limited to 16 printed pages front and back, excluding the cover, introductory letter, and team-member resumes.
