The Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development requires one Senior Business Consultant, Level 3, to provide strategic advisory services in support of the IM/IT Bureau’s Business Relationship Management function. The requirement is for a qualified Tier 1 supply-arrangement holder in the National Capital Region and is limited to the invited suppliers identified in the notice. The initial contract period is one year, with an estimated level of effort of up to 220 days and an estimated delivery date of November 2027. The minimum corporate and resource security requirement is Secret. The procurement will be evaluated using the highest combined rating of technical merit and price, and proposals may be submitted in either official language. Full RFP documents will be emailed directly by the Contracting Authority to the qualified invited suppliers.
