Description
Muskegon County Department of Public Health is seeking proposals for the county’s first comprehensive Maternal and Child Health Needs Assessment. The selected vendor will develop an assessment plan and work plan; collect, compile, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data; review demographic, health-outcome, social-determinant, service-utilization, and related information; and identify trends, disparities, priority populations, needs, barriers, and service gaps. The work also includes engaging community members, stakeholders, service providers, and community organizations; assessing available maternal and child health resources; developing a written report with findings, priorities, gaps, barriers, and actionable recommendations; and presenting the findings to public health leadership or designated stakeholders. Proposals must address vendor qualifications and experience, project methodology, personnel and resumes or professional profiles, work plan and timeline, deliverables, examples of similar work, detailed pricing, applicable credentials, and conflicts of interest.
