Description
The City of Holland is soliciting bids for a portable thermal foam densifier for use at its upcoming recycling center. The equipment must densify EPE (expanded polyethylene), EPS (expanded polystyrene), and PS (polystyrene) foam and be movable between locations throughout the city. The bid must include an outdoor, weatherproof enclosure designed to house the densifier and support safe, efficient operation. Bidders must complete the provided Bid Form and submit a lump-sum bid price. Award is to the lowest responsible bidder, subject to the City's evaluation criteria and local-bidder preference ordinance.
