Description
Coopersville Area District Library is requesting firm-fixed-price quotations for Category 1 internet access and data transmission services. The requested solution must provide a minimum of 300 Mbps, with capacity up to 1 Gbps, and include installation and initial configuration. The library currently has 300/30 Mbps service. The requested scope includes domain name registration, at least one static IP address, a 99.97% uptime guarantee if available, a maximum four-hour service response time on a 24/7 basis, itemization of ISP-owned connectivity equipment, web-based statistical analysis access, and end-to-end maintenance for equipment used to deliver the services. Proposals must separately itemize any services that are not eligible for Universal Service Fund support and provide line-item pricing. The library may consider multi-year contracts and may select more than one provider. Vendors must have an E-rate SPIN and comply with the stated E-rate, SAM.gov, insurance, and firm-fixed-price requirements.
