Description
Saugatuck-Douglas District Library is requesting Category 1 internet access and data transmission services with a capacity range of 300 Mbps to 2 Gbps. The selected provider must include installation and initial configuration, domain name registration, at least one static IP address, and a 99.97% uptime guarantee if possible. The proposal should itemize all components, including provider-owned equipment placed at the library, web-based statistical analysis access, and end-to-end maintenance for equipment used to deliver the services. The library requests a maximum four-hour service response time on a 24/7 basis, firm-fixed pricing, separate identification of non-eligible services, and proof of workers' compensation insurance and a $2 million liability insurance umbrella upon award. Providers must have an E-rate SPIN, an active SAM.gov registration, and the required 2027 Service Provider Annual Certification Form 473 on file by September 1, 2027.
