Description
Grand Haven Christian School is requesting firm-fixed-price quotations for Category 2 services, including managed internal broadband services for existing equipment and basic maintenance of four switches, 53 wireless access points, one UPS/battery backup, one caching server, and one firewall service/component. The current equipment includes Ruckus ICX switches and access points, a Tripp Lite SMART 1500LCDXL UPS, an Apple caching server, and a Sophos XG5118 firewall. Bidders must have an E-rate SPIN and comply with applicable E-rate, Lowest Corresponding Price, USF eligibility, and SAM.gov requirements. Non-eligible products and services must be itemized separately. The school may select more than one provider, may consider multi-year contracts, and will evaluate price, prior experience, understanding of needs, personnel qualifications, completeness, and capability to complete the services within the required timeframe. Implementation is contingent on USF funding approval, and vendors must provide firm-fixed pricing with no post-award price adjustments.
