Description
Grandville Calvin Christian School is requesting firm-fixed-price quotations for Category 1 and Category 2 E-rate services. The scope includes internet access at two sites—minimum 300 Mbps at the Ivanrest Avenue site and minimum 100 Mbps at the Wilson Avenue site—along with static IP addresses, uptime and response-time requirements, ISP-owned connectivity equipment, service maintenance, and itemized pricing for eligible and non-eligible components. Category 2 requirements include managed internal broadband services for eligible internal-connection components; approximately 20 Ruckus R560 or equivalent wireless access points with cloud management and pre- and post-installation Wi-Fi coverage mapping; maintenance of wireless access points; and antennas, connectors, related components, and cabling. Installation and initial configuration are identified for the wireless access point, antenna/component, and cabling requests. Vendors must have an E-rate SPIN, maintain the required USAC certification filing, and have active SAM.gov registration. Proposals must identify non-eligible items separately and comply with E-rate procurement requirements. Proof of workers’ compensation insurance and, upon award, a $2 million liability insurance umbrella are specified for the internet-access services.
