Description
The City seeks an authorized parts dealer/distributor and service center to provide repair and replacement services for a LANDA VHG5-30024C natural-gas hot-water pressure washer and a J.E. Adams Model 9225 vacuum. The vendor must be within 40 miles of downtown Cleveland and be able to supply parts regularly and on an emergency basis. Parts must carry at least a six-month replacement warranty or any applicable longer warranty. Bidders must submit price lists and state parts discounts, labor rates, delivery times, and soap pricing. Services and orders will be provided as needed after departmental approval. The purchase order is valid for one year or until funds are exhausted, whichever occurs first, and is capped at $10,000. The bid requires proof that the bidder is an authorized distributor of the products and services.
