Description
The City seeks unit-price bids for a broad range of uniforms, clothing, footwear, and equipment for Utilities Police staff, including jackets, shirts, trousers, caps, boots, gloves, flashlights, carriers, and accessories. Detailed specifications identify required materials, construction, sizes, warranties, and reference products or approved equivalents. Product and warranty information must be submitted with the bid when applicable, and samples are required for certain items at bid submission or upon request as specified. The vendor must be located within 40 miles of downtown Cleveland. Orders will be placed as needed, with no more than a 10-day turnaround after an order is placed; delivery or pickup arrangements are specified in the bid documents. The one-year purchase order is capped at $15,000 or ends when funds are exhausted, whichever occurs first. Unit pricing and delivery time factor into evaluation.
