Description
The City seeks as-needed snow plowing and salting at its Water Pollution Control facility. Service is required when snow accumulation reaches two inches or when sleet or ice occurs, and must be provided within four hours of contact. The contractor must use calcium chloride or magnesium chloride, stake the facility before snowfall, remove all stakes at the end of the season, and provide a dated and timed service receipt for each visit. Service tickets are required at the time of service for payment. The purchase order is valid for one year or until funds are exhausted, whichever occurs first, and may not exceed $20,000. The bid requests a cost per push; quantities and orders may vary, and work is subject to prior departmental approval.
