Description
Humble Independent School District is soliciting proposals for photography and videography services on a recurring basis. This is a rolling proposal, meaning vendors will be reviewed and awarded throughout the term of the RFP. The last date to respond to be considered for award is March 31, 2027, and vendors are encouraged to submit responses immediately. The services required include senior portraits, individual student pictures, class group pictures, special event photography and videography, athletic portraits and team pictures, and panoramic photographs of graduating classes. The vendor will be responsible for providing high-quality images and videos, handling all customer complaints and adjustments within 48 hours, and providing take-home notices two weeks prior to picture-taking dates. All prices quoted must include applicable sales taxes and remain firm for the term of the contract. The district expects the vendor to provide a minimum of two color photographs of each student for yearbook and school records at no cost to the school, as well as one class picture at no cost. Award will be based on several criteria, including purchase price, vendor reputation, quality of goods and services, extent to which needs are met, past relationship with the district, and total long-term cost. The district reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any technicalities. The proposal term is effective from the award date through June 30, 2027.
