Description
Humble Independent School District is establishing an approved vendor list for photography and videography services provided on an as-needed basis. The scope includes senior portraits, individual and class photographs, athletic portraits and team pictures, panoramic graduating-class photographs, special-event photography and videography, photo booths, and 360 photo/video booths. Vendors must provide proofs, package and deliver photographs by class, teacher, or sport, furnish risers and related equipment when requested, manage customer complaints and adjustments, provide retake and refund policies, and comply with the District’s scheduling, campus-access, student-safety, and privacy requirements. Student photographs may not be placed on websites by the vendor. The District may award to one or multiple vendors based on best value, including pricing, service quality, convenience to campuses, past performance, references, catalog or brochure information, and ability to respond to service requests. Responses are submitted electronically through the District’s online bidding system. Required response materials include Form 1295, Form W-9, a catalog or brochure or qualifying website link, and three to five school district or higher-education customer references. The proposal is rolling, with responses reviewed throughout the term; the final date for consideration under this RFP is March 31, 2027, and the proposal term runs from award through June 30, 2027.
