Description
The Government of Prince Edward Island, through the Department of Fisheries, Rural Development and Tourism, is seeking professional photography services to build an ongoing library of high-resolution visual assets supporting seafood-sector communications, marketing, brand development, trade promotion, and industry initiatives. The work includes planning shoots; photographing commercial fishing, aquaculture, harvesting, processing, products, prepared dishes, industry stakeholders, events, retail and food-service environments; and capturing both candid and lightly directed imagery in studio and on location. The successful proponent must provide professional equipment, travel throughout Prince Edward Island, coordinate with a separately procured videography vendor when required, and deliver professionally edited, colour-corrected and colour-graded files in formats suitable for web, social media, presentations, digital advertising and print. Deliverables must include horizontal and vertical compositions, organized and consistently labelled files, and unrestricted, perpetual usage rights for the Province. The initial contract term is one year, with two possible one-year extensions.
