Description
The U.S. Army is procuring new test, diagnostic, and measurement equipment for lifecycle replacement of existing government-owned equipment. The requirement includes fiber-optic cable testing tools, copper cable certifiers, a high-definition core-aligning fusion splicer, fiber optical loss test kits, optical power meters, optical light sources, a wire trace platform, fiber loss test equipment, a single-mode SC/SC launch cable, and all-in-one wireless platforms with spectrum-analysis and network-testing capabilities. Amendment 0002 removed the Digital Test Kit and added or revised components through CLINs 0010–0012. Offerors must provide an all-or-none solution; partial submissions will be deemed nonresponsive. Equipment must be new, not remanufactured or gray-market, sourced from the manufacturer or authorized channels, and covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Quotes must include completed SF 1449 blocks 17a, 30a, 30b, and 30c; pricing for all CLINs, applicable taxes, and shipping; delivery lead time; offeror point-of-contact information; and detailed descriptive information demonstrating capability to meet the requirements. Delivery is required within 60 calendar days after award, FOB destination. Award will be made on a lowest-priced technically acceptable basis, considering technical acceptability and price.
