Description
The City of Miramar is establishing a prequalified vendor library for three service categories: backline, lighting, and audio reinforcement. Services will support live performances, concerts, rehearsals, and special events primarily at the Miramar Cultural Center | ArtsPark and other City facilities. Vendors may qualify for one or more categories and may be required to provide equipment, delivery, setup, operation, technical staffing, troubleshooting, teardown, and related event support. The solicitation is a request for qualifications with no guaranteed minimum work. The resulting contracts will have a three-year base term with one optional two-year renewal period. Proposals must address experience, staffing, equipment inventory and technical capability, methodology, references, and applicable preference documentation. Addendum No. 2 extends the response deadline to October 29, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Eastern time.
