Description
The Martin Luther King Corridor Improvement Authority is seeking a professional property management firm to manage selected properties within its development area. Services include administration, procurement, rent collection, vendor oversight, site visits, building and grounds maintenance, repairs, debris clean-out, stabilization, utilities and service coordination, tenant and lease administration, financial reporting, operating-budget development, and related property-management activities. The anticipated inventory includes an occupied commercial property, vacant buildings, vacant land, and other commercial and residential properties. The contract is expected to run for one year, with possible renewal, and services are to begin no later than December 2026. Proposers must submit business profile and relevant experience information, key personnel identification, a standard rate sheet, and a completed proposal form. The proposal form requests monthly and annual not-to-exceed compensation. Professional liability, commercial general liability, automobile liability, workers’ compensation, and employer’s liability insurance are required. Attachment A identifies the anticipated property inventory and desired tasks, including grounds maintenance, repair, debris clean-out, and stabilization.
