Description
San Mateo County is seeking a contractor to maintain, repair, upgrade, and support building management systems at County-owned facilities, including routine preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, system upgrades, software and firmware updates, sensor calibration, troubleshooting, database backups, and integration with existing infrastructure. The scope also includes 24/7 technical support, staff training, detailed service documentation, and delivery of parts and equipment as needed. Emergency repairs must receive a response within two hours, while routine maintenance and non-emergency repairs must be scheduled within 48 hours of request. Technicians must be trained and certified in the County's Tridium Niagara building management system and maintain active C-10/C-20 licenses. Proposals must include an executive summary, minimum-qualifications response, proposed schedule, performance-measures plan, firm and technician qualifications, two references for each requested category, and a five-year labor-rate pricing proposal.
