Description
The Nevada State Purchasing Division, on behalf of the Nevada Department of Corrections, is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide commissary and supplemental services, including operation of the offenders' store and related goods and services described in the scope of work and attachments. The procurement is for combined goods and services and permits electronic quotes. The contract period is January 12, 2027, through December 31, 2030. The solicitation includes facility contacts and maps, a commissary cost schedule and pricing document, a reference questionnaire, vendor information response, insurance requirements, PREA materials, background-check and security forms, lobbying certification, and other contract documents. Site visits have been canceled; vendors may submit questions during the Q&A period.
