The Defense Information Systems Agency, through the Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization, intends to negotiate a sole-source bridge contract with GCR-DEAN LLC for Base Operations Support services. The scope includes recurring, preventive, and service-call maintenance for buildings, building components, internal and external building systems and equipment; custodial services; refuse collection and recycling; grounds maintenance; pavement sweeping; and snow removal for DISA headquarters facilities. This is a notice of intent rather than a request for quotations or proposals. Responses cannot be accepted as offers, and no solicitation will be posted because of the sole-source nature of the requirement. The notice identifies the incumbent contract as HC104721F0021 and states a period of performance from November 2, 2026, through May 1, 2027.
