OMH de Montreal is soliciting an on-demand contract for the removal and installation of resilient floor coverings in occupied housing units and common areas within the Northwest and Southwest territories. The work will be performed under an as-needed execution contract with one contractor. The initial contract term is two years, with one one-year renewal option. Bidders must have held a valid Régie du bâtiment du Québec license in category 9.0, Entrepreneur en travaux de finition, for at least two years as of the bid-opening date.
