Description
Kissimmee Utility Authority is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide inflatable games, amusement rides, event equipment, concession items, staffing, and related event support services for sponsored events on an as-needed basis. The contractor must furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, transportation, delivery, setup, operation, maintenance, and removal required for the services. The scope has been expanded to include additional equipment and attractions and updated service requirements. The estimated not-to-exceed amount is $70,000 per year. The contract remains structured as a three-year term with two optional one-year renewals. Services are expected to begin December 1, 2026. Proposals must be submitted electronically through VendorLink, and the addendum must be acknowledged and returned with the bid response.
