Description
The Babcock Ranch Community Independent Special District is seeking qualifications from firms or individuals to provide ongoing recreational boating concession services within the District. The selected provider or providers must operate motorized and non-motorized watercraft concessions and maintain the necessary licenses, authorization to do business in Florida, equipment, organization, and financial capacity. Applicants must submit a Qualification Statement addressing their understanding of the District’s needs; proposed equipment and concession area; site, maintenance, marketing, management, staffing, and operations plans; daily and overnight storage; hurricane preparedness; safety and rescue procedures; relevant experience and references; and annual guaranteed minimum concession fees. The submission must also identify the individual responsible for handling District meetings and related tasks. One electronic copy is due by email no later than September 18, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
