Description
The Ellsworth School Department is preparing a grant application for FY20 under Title IA, IIA, IVA, and VA. The proposed projects include funding for teachers, a reading consultant, parent involvement, Title IA support, a Title IA coordinator stipend, homeless support, and after-school programs under Title IA. Title IIA funds are allocated for Kids Peace curriculum, instruction and assessment team, professional development, middle school advisory team coaching, books, phonics training, and coaching with Cathy Gage. Title IVA projects include Kids Peace, coding, mentoring, peer coaching, peer observations, trauma/mental health support, family literature, outdoor classroom, and stipends. Title VA funds support summer school, trauma-sensitive instruction professional development, and books on social and emotional learning.
