Description
MSAD 49 is seeking to acquire a 25-30 acre parcel of property for a new school construction site. The ideal site should be approximately 25-30 acres with a minimum of 15 acres of contiguous, usable land. The property should be somewhat rectangular in size, free of excessively steep slopes or gullies, and readily accessible from a good existing road and street system. The site should be served by or proximate to public water, sewer, and 3-phase power. Additionally, the property must have clear title and be unencumbered by easements, deed restrictions, or historic resource designations.
