The State of Alabama is seeking an all-or-none, sole-source annual agreement for monthly credit card processing and gateway services supporting T2 Iron Ranger parking systems. The gateway must interface with TSYS, also identified as Global Payments/Tsys, and the existing Alabama State Parks account. The vendor must provide a fee schedule covering the monthly service or suite fee, per-transaction fee, and batch fee. The solicitation instructs vendors to enter a unit price of $0.00 and attach a quote showing the applicable fees. The stated validity period is October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027.
