Verdex Construction, LLC, serving as Construction Manager at Risk for the School District of Palm Beach County, is seeking to prequalify subcontractors and vendors who have not previously qualified with the firm for the Seminole Ridge High School FCA Renovation project. A formal invitation to bid package is expected to be made available to prequalified vendors on or about October 16, 2026; project dates, including the pre-bid meeting, and bid documents will be provided in that package. The anticipated scope includes complete VCT flooring replacement, site improvements, replacement of fire alarm devices and water fountains, HVAC upgrades, interior ADA remedies, and other minor scopes. A minimum 20% Small Business Enterprise subcontractor participation goal applies, and only firms certified by the School District of Palm Beach County will count toward the goal. Work on the project requires school district badging under the Jessica Lunsford Act.
