Description
Palm Beach County is seeking firm, fixed unit pricing for the purchase and delivery of screw-type two-piece valve boxes, water-marked valve box lids, sewer-marked valve box lids, and valve box extensions. The solicitation specifies approved manufacturers and models, estimated 12-month quantities, all-or-none award, destination delivery, and delivery within 14 calendar days after receipt of a delivery order. The contract term is 12 months, with four additional 12-month renewal periods available by mutual written agreement. The anticipated value for the initial term is $100,000. Quotes must use the provided Quote Response Form, include shipping and freight in unit pricing, and be signed by an authorized company representative. Palm Beach County also requires applicable certifications and forms, including SBE schedules when subcontractors are used, local-preference documentation when claimed, and specified certifications and affidavits.
