Description
The West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection (WVDEP) is soliciting bids for an open-end contract to provide pumping, hauling, and disposal of leachate from Central WV Refuse located near Gassaway, West Virginia to the Flatwoods Canoe Run Public Service District in Sutton, West Virginia. The contractor must supply all trucks, personnel, and equipment for loading and transporting leachate, with an estimated round trip of 15 miles and total time of one hour per load. The maximum daily estimate is 20,000 gallons hauled in an eight-hour period. Services include operating valves, monitoring liquid levels, and maintaining logs. The contract is awarded based on the lowest total cost per 100 gallons.
