Description
Pecatonica Area School District seeks a qualified vendor for six new, manufacturer-supported A3 multifunction copiers: three color and three black-and-white devices ranging from 45 to 65 pages per minute. Equipment must support printing, copying, scanning, black-and-white and color output, 11-by-17 paper, secure print release via user codes, specified paper trays and finishing accessories, and fax capability where required. Equivalent models may be proposed if differences and impacts are clearly identified. The 60-month managed print services agreement must include delivery, installation, configuration, training, toner, parts, maintenance kits, labor, mileage, service calls, software and licensing, monitoring, local or regional service coverage, consolidated billing, usage and service reporting, adjustable volume allowances, and annual business reviews. The selected vendor must also cover the existing agreement's final monthly payment of $833.17 and all return shipping expenses for the current leased equipment. Proposals must include company qualifications, a complete equipment schedule, exceptions and assumptions, implementation and service plans, three relevant references, and five-year pricing with annual black-and-white and color allowances and overage rates.
