Description
The City of Dubuque is seeking a consultant to develop a complete design for the Middle Road Water Main Extension Project. The scope includes project management, topographic surveying, easement and property acquisition coordination, design and project document preparation, bidding assistance, construction administration, construction surveying and staking, and resident project representative services. The project will extend the water main on the west end of the city to create a loop to the Dubuque Industrial Center West and provide service to annexed areas west along Middle Road. The consultant will be responsible for coordinating project tasks, maintaining the project schedule, developing a strategic design plan, and communicating project information to the public and stakeholders.
