Description
Carroll County, Illinois is seeking qualified firms to provide comprehensive county code codification services. The project involves compiling and organizing the County's ordinances into a unified, searchable County Code. Services include initial code review and analysis, legal and editorial review, codification and organization, draft review, and final deliverables such as digital manuscripts, searchable PDFs, printed books, and online hosting. The County also requests information on ongoing maintenance services, including annual supplementation and online publishing updates. Proposals should include firm qualifications, integration of artificial intelligence, references, project approach, and online hosting capabilities. Budgetary pricing estimates are requested for planning purposes, and the RFP does not obligate the County to award a contract.
