Description
Iowa's Area Education Agencies are soliciting proposals for a comprehensive procurement program covering the 2027 Iowa Association of School Librarians award books. The scope includes complete sets for the Iowa Goldfinch Award, Iowa Children's Choice Award, Iowa Teen Award, and Iowa High School Award. Vendors must provide firm pricing, include shipping and handling, supply books FOB destination, and support orders from participating members. The solicitation also requests optional library-processing products and services, including attached and unattached basic automation kits, basic card kits, MARC records, MARC and Mylar, Mylar covers, and related cataloging. The awarded vendor must provide sales and customer support, ordering capabilities, posters for each award set, marketing materials, defective-product exchanges, reporting, and complimentary complete sets for the nine Area Education Agencies. Vendors must submit pricing through the procurement portal, complete the Vendor Worksheet and Vendor Signature Page, and provide a Letter of Intent to receive the confidential award-title lists. The contract term is November 2026 through August 31, 2027, with specified ordering, shipment, reporting, and poster deadlines.
