Description
Brevard County is seeking a qualified contractor to provide pretrial release, pretrial community supervision, pretrial diversion, misdemeanor probation, offender monitoring, court coordination, community service coordination, rehabilitation referrals, employment assistance, and related services. The contractor must conduct intake and background investigations, supervise offenders and defendants, report compliance and violations, attend applicable court proceedings, maintain adequate staffing, provide interpreters, and operate at least two offices in Brevard County, including an office at the Brevard County Jail Complex. The contractor must provide case-management and reporting technology, secure access for County staff, and systems compliant with applicable criminal justice information security requirements. The contract is for five years from execution, with services provided at no cost to the County and compensation derived from participant fees. Proposals must include a fee schedule, transition plan, qualifications, relevant experience and references, financial information, rehabilitative programming, technology capabilities, and required certifications and affidavits. Insurance requirements include general liability, workers' compensation, professional liability, and cyber liability coverage.
